A Physician's View of Plan B® One-Step
When things don't exactly go as they are planned, it is important to have a safe and simple back-up. This is what Plan B® One-Step offers. My patients and I talk about all the birth control options. But as part of that conversation, we also talk about what happens when birth control fails. Or when it's not used. It's extremely important to me that my patients have all the information available. Plan B® has always been what I recommend for emergency contraception. It can significantly reduce the chance of pregnancy after contraceptive failure or unprotected sex. That women can get Plan B® One-Step in one pill, allowing them to take action even more quickly and just as effectively... this is big news. The introduction of Plan B® One-Step is news that every woman should know.

A Pharmacist's View of Plan B® One-Step
"Many of my customers are anxious and confused when they come in. I’m here to ease their minds and answer all their questions. I tell them that emergency contraception is safe, effective and available over the counter if they’re at least 17. I’ve always told my customers that it couldn’t be simpler to use Plan B®. It is simpler. Plan B® One-Step is just one pill. Which means they can take it right away. I know it means a lot to my customers to be comfortable asking for Plan B® One-Step. Knowing that only Plan B® One-Step can provide emergency contraception in one pill—that should certainly add to their comfort level."
